FTMC ensures that the workplace is safe and free from psychological abuse, discrimination, and harassment. Based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania on equal opportunities, equal opportunities for women and men and Labour Code, FTMC follows the principle of equal opportunities, which prohibits harassment, sexual harassment, direct and indirect discrimination, instructions to discriminate, restricting the rights of employees and students, granting them undue privileges, or discriminating on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, country of origin, social status, beliefs or convictions, age, sexual orientation, disability, ethnic background, religion, as well as health condition, marital or family status, intention to have a child, or membership in a political party, trade union, or association.
