Science beyond disciplinary boundaries

“FizTeCh” is an annual FTMC event dedicated to early-career researchers and science communication. It brings together doctoral candidates, researchers, students and the wider FTMC community to share research, discoveries and ideas.

In 2026, “FizTeCh” returns with a renewed format. This year, the focus is not only on scientific results, but also on the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, accessible and engaging way.

“FizTeCh 2026” will take place in two stages. First, FTMC doctoral candidates will present their annual research progress during open assessment sessions. The highest-rated candidates will then advance to the final.
