Final Theses
We invite school students to complete their baccalaureate (final) projects at FTMC. We offer a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment and scientists who are happy to help you plan and carry out your research, as well as interpret the results. Send your ideas for a final project to karjera@ftmc.lt.

- FTMC organizes and contributes to various events aimed at encouraging students to take an interest in science.

- National Student Crystal Growing Competition “AUK¡”
- Student Engineering Competition “Windy Ideas: Wind Turbine Challenge”
Projects and Activities with Students
- FTMC runs the project “Development of the STEAM Education Ecosystem”, which aims to develop students’ STEM competencies and introduce them to the daily work of scientists. As part of this project, mobile learning kits are being developed, which teachers will be able to assemble themselves if needed. These kits are intended to assist both teachers and students. All laboratory exercises included in the kits will be aligned with general education curricula.
- FTMC also welcomes school classes for excursions. During these visits, scientific work in the fields of physics and chemistry is presented. Students can see what an atomic clock looks like, learn about optoelectronics and its applications, and explore how a biological sensor works.
