On Saturday, 7 September, Vingis Park hosted the running competition "The World's Fastest Run powered by Nord Security", where Remigijus Kančys broke the Lithuanian record for a 50-kilometre run.
One of the events was a 5x5 relay race, where our Center was represented by members of the FTMC Running Club - Yaraslau Padrez, Dr. Lena Golubewa, Dr. Renata Butkutė and Dr. Tomas Javorskis. For the first time in such a competition,
they finished 6th among 8 teams, covering the distance in 03:37:17, with an average time of 4:42 minutes per kilometer.
