On 24 May, the FTMC Innovation and Technology Service visited the Drone Day 2024 at Kyviškės airfield. This annual event is organised by the Ministry of National Defence of Lithuania and the Defence Material Agency.

The Drone Day is dedicated to presenting the perspectives for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and their systems in national defence, bringing together stakeholders to share best practices and discuss opportunities for cooperation.

During the event the Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė and the Minister of National Defence Laurynas Kasčiūnas gave welcoming remarks, the companies presented their drones and drone technologies, and unmanned aerial vehicle demonstration flights were conducted.

FTMC is an active member of the drone industry ecosystem, and our representatives at the Drone Day discussed work with existing partners and made new contacts for research and development.
